The results of our #foxhangersmemories photo competition are announced
Congratulations to Lee-Anne Fox who won £1000 to spend on a future Foxhangers Canal Holiday. The winning photo shows her arriving at Bath with her family during their week’s holiday aboard Foxtail. This photo shows the beauty of Bath’s stunning Georgian architecture which is straight from a Jane Austen novel.
Our two runners up were Brett Steptoe and Simon Carey who each won £250 to spend on their next holiday with us.
Our MD, Russell said “This picture of Brett Steptoe and his family was chosen because I loved how it demonstrates that a Foxhangers Canal Holiday really is fun for all generations – family holidays from a family business. Just look how happy they all are!”
This fabulous shot from Simon Carey shows his family traveling over the scenic Avoncliff Aqueduct. One of the most impressive structures on Britain’s waterways, the Avoncliff Aqueduct at over 100 meters long and 18 meters wide, carries the Kennet & Avon Canal over the River Avon.
