We are excited to announce the launch of our second 5* narrowboat….Einstein’s Fox.

She was launched on the water in late 2021 and will go straight into our fleet, brand new for the 2022 season.

We were very eager to build a sister boat to our first 5* boat Darwin’s Fox, which has proved so incredibly popular selling out every year.

Our own expert boat building team have crafted Einstein’s Fox to mirror Darwin’s Fox in the same 5* luxurious style and unique layout, with a central saloon, open plan galley and a private sleeping cabin and bathroom at either end of the boat.  has a few improvements which include upgraded fridges and underfloor heating throughout the boat rather than just in the bathrooms.

She also has the same luxurious features as Darwin’s Fox; granite worktops, wide showers, underfloor heating, a second fridge for drinks and a pod coffee machine.

Einstein’s Fox can sleep up to 7 people with flexible sleeping arrangements in each area, the rear cabin can be converted from a standard double to a king size bed while the forward cabin can be configured in a variety of ways to suit any group. Customers can choose to have 1 double bed, 1 double bed with a single bunk above, two single beds or a set of bunk beds with a single bed opposite, Einstein’s Fox also offers the flexibility to turn the saloon into another sleeping area with a make-up double bed.

Einstein’s Fox makes her inaugural voyage via land and water from our Boat Build Workshop into the Paint Dock ready for her final Platinum Fox colours and livery to be applied.

Einstein’s Fox will take Darwin’s Fox Saturdays turnaround slot allowing Darwin’s Fox to move onto a Friday/Monday turnaround slot and will now be able to offer short breaks i.e. three nights (Friday to Monday) or 4 nights (Monday to Friday) as well as offering 7,10,11 & 14 night breaks or even longer!
