Make 48Hr
reservation Make 48hr reservation Ask us to reserve the booking for you for up to 48 hours by completing this on-line form or telephone +44(0)1380 828795 whilst we await receipt of your completed booking form. |

Start On-line booking process
For boats that start on a Friday or Monday click 'Foxy Fleet' then select the boat you want under property menu. For boats that start on Saturdays click 'Silver Fox' then select the boat you want under property menu. Complete the booking form fields, including reading and accepting the terms and condition. |

Fill
out booking form Click to download the PDF booking form and booking terms then print and fill out by hand and sign the and send it to us by fax +44(0)1380 827805 or scan it in and email to info@foxhangers.co.uk Alternatively if you are paying by cheque post to Foxhangers Canal Holidays, Lower Foxhangers Farm, Rowde, Devizes, Wiltshire, SN10 1SS. |

Payment The on-line booking system will calculate the 25% booking deposit, note you will be charged at the full hire charge and damage deposit if your booking is within 8 weeks of the start date. You must enter payment card details in the appropriate field. Note UK registered VISA & MasterCard's debit cards incur no charge and a 2% handling fee is incurred for VISA/MasterCard credit cards and overseas registered debit cards. |
Step 3 |
Payment Calculate how much to pay us now which is either a minimum 25% booking deposit or full payment including the damage deposit if it now within in 8 weeks of the booking start date. You can pay by payment cards although. Note a 2% handling fee is incurred for VISA/MasterCard credit cards and overseas registered debit cards although UK registered VISA & MasterCard's debit cards incur no charge. You can post us a cheque, make payable to Foxhangers. BACS bank transfer can be made by overseas guests, email us for our bank details. |

Confirmation of booking Once you confirm and click to place your booking you will automatically receive an emailed acknowledgement of your booking. We will the process your payment within 1 working day and send you official booking confirmation in the post which we aim for you to receive within 3 working days. If you make a booking within 7 days of the start we will email you full confirmation. |
